The Zambian midfielder wants to leave Red Star Belgrade before the transfer window closes.
After joining Red Star last summer from Belgium’s Arsenal Tula, the 24-year-old scored 12 goals and had six assists.
Kings Kangwa who according to transfermarkt.com is valued at €2 million has been linked with moves to English Premier League club Nottingham Forest and French Ligue 1 club Montpellier in the last month, but no deal has been completed.
However, thenerveAfrica.com sources say, Red Star and Forest failed to reach an agreement on pricing.
Forest reportedly offered €3 million for the midfielder, but Red Star believed they could get a better deal elsewhere.
ThenerveAfrica.com has been told that Kangwa wants to leave, but the club says they will only let him go if a good offer is presented to them.
