FC Spartak Moscow has expressed keen interest in the talented Ghanaian midfielder Osman Bukari from the Serbian powerhouse, Crvena Zvezda according to Serbian website Espreso.
It is also suggested that the Russian giants are not alone in their pursuit of securing services of the 24-year-old playmaker. According to the source, clubs from England and Major League Soccer (MLS) are also throwing their hats into the ring for the signature of Osman Bukari. The Russian giants will face competition from Nottingham Forest and Dallas.
Earlier this year Spartak Moscow wanted to sign Strahinja Eraković, but the defender donned the jersey of red and white’s bitter rival FC Zenit.
This heightened interest sets the stage for a potentially competitive bidding war for the midfielder’s services. The sources also insist that the Serbian club has already received offers of €10 and €11 million for the Ghanaian.
According to Transfermarkt the market value of the player is estimated at €6,5 million. Since arriving to Crvena Zvezda in the summer of 2022 from Belgian side KAA Gent for €3 million, he has scored 20 goals and provided 14 assists in 58 appearances in all competitions.
