Eric Kenzo Kambale has successfully completed his transfer to the reigning champions of the Uganda Premier League, Vipers SC.
Kambale, 23, has officially inked a two-year contract with the Venoms according to Swift Sports.
The Congolese-born striker spent the previous season with Sudanese giants El Merreikh, having joined them from another Ugandan club — Express FC.
During his time with Express FC, Kambale made a significant impact since arriving in Uganda in 2018, following his tenure with Congo’s AS Dauphin Noir. His impressive tally of 33 goals in 84 appearances for the Red Eagles played a pivotal role in securing a league title and the CECAFA Kagame Cup for the club in 2021.
Kambale is now part of a group of new recruits at Vipers SC, including Grant Matsiko, Richard Matovu, Patrick Paul Mbowa, David Bagoole, Fumador Asiwome, Mohamed Salem Ekbad, and Allan Okello.
The strikers estimated transfer value is €91,000 according to Transfermarkt.
