Since parting ways with Beşiktaş in September, the former Leicester City defender has been without a club. However, Amartey appears set for a swift return to action. Sources reveal he has been in direct contact with Güneş, and negotiations are progressing toward a deal. According to Africa Foot, discussions between Amartey and Trabzonspor’s management have advanced significantly, and an official announcement could be made before the end of December.
