Gambian versatile winger Ebrima Colley is close to joining Swiss giants BSC Young Boys on a loan deal with an option to buy from his Italian club Atalanta according to The Nerve Africa sources.
Colley will join the same club as his countryman and former Manchester United youth player Saidy Janko. The duo will compete in the 2023 Champions League after being drawn against Manchester City, RB Leipzig, and Red Star in Group G.
The 2000-born Atalanta forward spent the last three seasons on loan to fellow Serie A outfits Hellas Verona and Spezia Calcio and Turkish side Fatih Karagümruk last year.
During that time, the Gambian young star had 39 Serie A appearances and 27 Süper Liga games scoring 2 goals and assisting 9 times.
Colley has a market value of €3 million and was quite unwanted for the Bergamo project now forcing him to look for a new permanent chapter but seems that will go through a loan condition first.
