Uganda U20 defender Allan Enyou has completed a one-year loan transfer to Vancouver FC in Canada from Spanish side CD LeganΓ©s B, as reliably confirmed by The Nerve Africa.
Enyou will play with the Canadian outfit in the forthcoming season, seeking to garner valuable experience. It’s his fourth professional contract, following his first with boyhood club KCCA FC in the Uganda Premier League.
“Iβm very grateful for the opportunities Iβve had up to this point, and Iβm looking forward to gaining first team experience with Vancouver FC,” the defender revealed.
The 20-year-old also previously played for Elite Falcons FC in the United Arab Emirates Division, in what was initially a loan deal that later turned permanent.
After a short stint in the UAE, Enyou moved on another loan to SK Super Nova in Latvia, where he made 10 league appearances, including seven starts, until the end of 2023 before moving to LeganΓ©s B.
At the national level, Enyou has represented the Uganda U-20 team. He also received a call-up to the senior team, the Uganda Cranes, last year, although he has yet to be capped.
