Ghanaian international winger Osman Bukari signed with MLS club Austin FC from Crvena Zvezda Belgrade, the club has confirmed via itโs official website.ย
The 25-year-old Ghanaian joined the club as a Designated Player on a three-and-a-half-year guaranteed contract, extending through the 2027 season with an option for 2028.ย
Bukari expressed his enthusiasm for joining Austin FC, stating:ย

Bukari has made a significant impact during his tenure at Red Star Belgrade, contributing 25 goals and 20 assists in 78 appearances. His performance was instrumental in securing back-to-back Serbian league titles and Serbian Cups for the club. Notably, Bukari showcased his skills in the 2023-24 UEFA Champions League, scoring against Manchester City and providing crucial goals and assists.
At the international level, Bukari has been a regular for the Ghana Menโs National Team, participating in the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the 2023 African Cup of Nations. He has accumulated 17 senior international caps, with three goals and two assists.

Bukari began his career with Accra Lions in Ghana before moving to Europe, where he played for AS Trenฤรญn in Slovakia, KAA Gent in Belgium, and FC Nantes in France. His notable achievements include winning the Coupe de France with Nantes in 2022.
