Ugandan international Jeromy Kirya is set to complete a transfer from BUL FC to Uganda Premier League champions Vipers SC, as per Footy-Africa.
Vipers have reached an agreement with BUL for the versatile midfielder, who still has one year left on his contract. Kirya is expected to sign a three-year deal and strengthen the clubβs midfield ahead of their 2025/26 CAF Champions League campaign.
According to a source close to the deal, Vipers will pay β¬9,600 (UGX 40 million) to BUL and β¬7,200 (UGX 30 million) to the player as a sign-on fee. The official unveiling is scheduled for next week.
Kirya, 26, has made 94 league appearances for BUL, scoring 11 goals and providing 10 assists. He previously spent three seasons at Busoga United. Internationally, he has represented Uganda at U-17 and U-20 levels and has two senior caps for the Cranes.
