Gambian rising star Kajally Drammeh has signed a deal with the Egyptian Premier League club FC Future, as reported earlier by The Nerve Africa. Now, the former club of the player, Cape Town City, has confirmed the deal via their official Twitter account.
The South African club’s statement reads: “Best of luck to Kajally Drammeh, who joins Egyptian Premier League side Future FC. Good luck for the season ahead!”
Despite the confirmation from the player’s former club, there is no official statement yet from FC Future.
The deadly and tricky left-footed player has a chance to revive his career after struggling for minutes in the Cape Town team, and this loan move seems to be his moment. Transfermarkt estimates Drammeh’s current market value at €250,000.
