Gambian International striker Mohamed Badamosi is close to signing for Saudi Arabian Pro League club Al-Hazem from Serbian FK Čukarički according to thenerveafrica.com sources.
Badamosi will move to Saudi as the third Gambian to play in the Middle Eastern country in the last two seasons after Modou Barrow with Al-Ahli in the 2022/23 season and Assan Ceesay, another striker who joined Damac FC very recently.
The 24-year-old striker was out of his side FK Čukarički UEFA Europa League qualification playoff match against the Greek side Olympiacos FC on Thursday as a move to Saudi advances.
Bada played four matches in the Serbian Super Liga so far this season scoring once. He had 12 goals in 34 appearances last season for the club while still on loan from Belgian club KV Kortrijk.
The former Fus Rabat attacker has a market value of €2 million and could be a splash of cash for the Belgians.
