Gambian agile striker Mohamed Badamosi has signed for Saudi Arabian Pro League club Al-Hazem on loan from Serbian side FK ฤukariฤki with an option to buy, as first reported by TheNerveAfrica.
Bada spent the 2022/23 season in Serbia on loan from Belgian side KV Kortrijk and scored 14 goals in 46 appearances for FK ฤukariฤki.
The 24-year-old forward becomes the third Gambian to play for a Saudi club in the last two seasons following Modou Barrow with Al-Ahli FC and Assan Ceesay with Damac FC, respectively.
A few hours after the official announcement, Badamosi got involved immediately for his Al-Hazem debut and played 28โ minutes in a goalless draw against Al-Fayha in the Saudi Pro League on Friday.
The striker has a market value of โฌ2 million and if a permanent move could be triggered by the end of the loan spell, his parent employers could earn a little cash into the bank.
Badamosi estimated transfer value according to TransferMarkt is 2 mln Euros.
