Gambia U20 forward, Ebrima Ceesay of BK Milan FC, has agreed to a deal to join French Ligue 2 club USL Dunkerque on a permanent transfer, as per The Nerve Africa sources.ย
Both clubs have reached an agreement on a transfer fee, and personal terms have not been an issue on the player’s side.
The Gambia U20 star forward, who currently plays for BK Milan in the Gambia League 2, has had an impressive season with his club, leading to his call-up to the Gambian U20 team.
Ebrima, known for his collective play, had earlier received interest from Turkey and other European clubs but remained calm while waiting for the best offer, which eventually arrived.
The youngster is now waiting to receive his visa approval, expected before the end of the week. He will then travel to France to sign and officially join his new club.
BK Milan is also currently training with the Gambia U20 national team ahead of the WAFU Zone A championship for a place in the Youth African Cup of Nations 2024.
