Gambian forward Bakary Kuyateh, currently playing in the Mauritanian top-tier, is set to leave his club Inter Nouakchott after just a year.
According to sources from The Nerve Africa, Kuyateh will not be renewing his contract with the club when it expires in a few weeks.
“Kuyateh will be a free agent looking elsewhere, especially in the European leagues,” a source close to the player’s camp confirmed.
Kuyateh’s goal contributions and link-up plays have made him a fan favorite in the Mauritanian league, especially with Inter Nouakchott.
The forward, who saw his season fluctuate due to suspensions and injuries, has a goal contribution of 10 (3 goals, 7 assists) in 14 matches.
Energetic Kuyateh, whose market value is undisclosed by Transfermarkt, will become a free agent soon.
