Young Gambian forward Lamin Sillah of the Gambian first-tier side Steve Biko FC has received an invitation for a trial with English Premier League club Nottingham Forest, as per The Nerve Africa.
The youngster recently attracted interest from the newly promoted Austrian Bundesliga side Grazer AK and is in contention for signing his first professional contract.
Lamin has been one of the standout talents in the Gambia Football Federation League One this season. The young striker is known for his power, ball control, technique, and speed.
This season, he scored 14 goals and provided 3 assists in all competitions for Steve Biko FC. These impressive statistics earned him a trial invitation from another unnamed European club in April 2024.
Lamin hopes to have a successful trial with Nottingham Forest and secure a top professional contract in the near future.
